Very often, small packages are stolen! God be with them. The most annoying thing is that when there is no product left, they allegedly lost it. There are fines right away (even though you complain about the sorting!) I would have forgiven. If only it were, say, once a week! But not every day! Personally, I have 3-4 items missing every day. Stealing small packages!

I have been using the WB trading platform for a long time, I can say a regular customer, I bought quite expensive goods - tables, household electrical appliances, etc.
But!!!
As it turned out, for the time being. Until I ran into a marriage. They are not accepted back without confirmation from the seller, but the seller is no longer on the WB trading floor, as it turned out, there is also no service center in Minsk, neither consultants nor so-called operators can answer anything intelligible by phone. They push them on top of each other. As a result, the buyer is left alone with the problem and the defective product. The director in the office at 6 Nekrasova Street is in complete secrecy, the placement offices are changing like gloves.
Why "freeze" the buyer's money? For example, I earned this money with my own brain, and they did not fall from the sky to me, as for example to the leadership of the World Bank. It turns out that the mafia is immortal, they sell a "pig in a poke" - it remains only to contact the prosecutor's office of Minsk.
As it turned out, their reputation is unimportant.
The company is not trustworthy, I do not recommend it!!!
