My papillon and I really enjoyed Woof, even though it was our first experience with grooming. I was worried that the dog would be nervous while combing, because at home he doesn't like to do it and resists. But we decided to try, they picked up an appointment for a free day when there are no other animals in the salon, discussed all the details with the groomer and the administrator, and everything went fine. Especially cool is that the staff took a first aid course for animals and are able to track stress signals in dogs. There is even a book about cruelty-free grooming in the waiting area

I don't usually write reviews, but I couldn't help myself. So ugly and crooked, as in this salon, my dog has not been cut in any salon in her entire long life. Despite repeated attempts to explain to the girl how to cut the dog, the animal eventually looked like a chupacabra trimmed with an axe, which was cut by a 5-year-old child. For the first time in my life, I was ashamed to walk my dog down the street and had to trim her muzzle at home myself, since the groomer did not understand at all what was required of her. The work was done completely crookedly, despite the fact that the dog only needed to be completely shaved and the head carefully trimmed. The master, a young girl, apparently cut a dog for the first time in her life, and the prices in the salon are not a bit democratic at all, twice as high as in Moscow. Dear salon, please teach your masters the art of grooming before you put them on animal grooming for a full price. Once again, my dog has not been sheared worse than here.

I bring my corgi here for an express molt and a claw haircut, we usually go to Anya. Everything is always at the highest level, the cake is fluffy and not moldy, the girls are responsive and always meet you halfway. In this salon, I am completely confident and know that my dog will be in love and care during grooming, and although this is not the most pleasant procedure for him, he has never been afraid or, rather, even runs to the salon)

All the masters are professional and polite, and just very nice people!
They had them in the last salon (in another location), but this new place is generally very pleasant, in the park, very quiet and green. There is a mall nearby, you can go for a walk while the dog is washing.

We came for a claw haircut. My timid dog was danced by the masters in threesomes. While I was holding the baby, one side was claws, the second was feeding pate, the third was making toys. Very caring and gentle. With breaks when it was really hard for the dog. After the nail polish, there was supposed to be a tooth brushing, but it was offered to be postponed, because the dog was clearly tired. Very very thoughtful. I was completely delighted and of course I will come back to them again.

Everything went great, the cat quickly trusted the master, got high and substituted his belly for combing. I came home beautiful and well-groomed. The fur coat is shiny, the dead undercoat has been removed, the claws have been trimmed and the paws have been shaved so that they do not slip on the floor. The salon has a very caring approach, the stress is minimized as much as possible for the animal. It was our first time and we really liked everything. If we need the services of a groomer again, then only here.

Very satisfied with grooming. Our puppy was at the procedures for the first time, we thought he wouldn't let anyone get close, but the girls are very attentive and caring. Our Chupik got used to it right away and wasn't afraid at all. They also gave us some yummy treats. Everything went without stress for the dog. We are satisfied with the result, well washed and combed according to all my wishes. Attentive staff, told all about the care of our dog, advised funds. We'll come again. Thanks!

A wonderful salon where they work according to the gentle grooming method. Professional masters will find an approach, it seems to me, to each dog. Thanks to Pauline, Archie stopped being afraid to dry with a hairdryer. :) And Ira returns me a clean, neat and pleasantly smelling handsome every time.
I definitely recommend it, especially if your ponytail requires a special approach.
Another advantage is that there is parking next to the salon, which not every institution in Yerevan can boast of.
