Terrible service. There are no prices on the website, you can only buy in one store, they replied that this is the company's policy. Okay, politics is politics. I called the store to ask for the price and the availability of a contact cleaner. I started to tell the seller the article, but he interrupted me and asked me to tell him what I needed. I said I needed a contact cleaner. He replied that there was and named the price. Looking at the price on the Internet from competitors, I saw that it was 7-8p more expensive and only the next day or even later. I decided to go to the store. When I arrived at the store, I did not see the contact cleaner. Instead, the seller began to offer me various means of processing and preservation, etc. and it turned out that there was no cleaner itself!!! So teach the seller to understand what he is selling, or at least listen to the buyer when they tell him a specific thing that interests him. As a result, the money spent and an hour there and an hour back on the road.
As a result, just on the way home, I went in and bought a tool at the nearest Hi-Gear store, which costs almost twice as much and coped with the task one hundred percent. Therefore, I do not know how Wurth would have coped, maybe as well, or maybe as the service and maintenance of the company.
