The staff is quite friendly, some of the staff speak Russian. Everything is clean, rooms are cleaned regularly. A buffet for a four-plus, mature birds fly past the terrace, they can steal food if you leave the place, but I just really liked it and it looked fun)) 4 put it to the food. There are no hookahs in the hotel (There are a lot of vacationers in the hotel and I constantly observed a situation when a travel agency brought people to the hotel in the morning, and then they waited for check-in until 14.00 as expected, because their rooms were still occupied. The same thing happened to us. But this is the fault of travel agencies, not the hotel.

A great hotel for your money. We were on December 13-18, 2019.
The Junior room is spacious, everything you need is there, there are no problems with water, the air conditioner works, windows to the beach) we took breakfast. The choice is good, the eyes were scattered, we had enough in full. But it is better to take dinner as well, since restaurants are very expensive (3-5 times more expensive than St. Petersburg), and in the evenings there is still nowhere to go... A free shuttle runs from the hotel to the free JBR beach, Marina Mall and metro every hour (from 7 am), which is very convenient. Also, the hotel gives free beach towels every morning.
The concierges work very well at the hotel. Everything we needed immediately appeared in the room. Since there are about 30-40 Russian-speaking tourists in the hotel, there is always someone at the reception who speaks Russian.
Cleaning every day. Change of linen every other day. IMPORTANT - the hotel has local outlets, so you need an adapter!!!
Free drinking water every day.
The hotel also has 2 bars and a swimming pool. The bars are very expensive, but they never got to the pool.
And the most important point for a tourist from Russia is alcohol! You can buy it in the Marina Mall, ONLY in the African Eastern store. But drink only at the hotel, otherwise a fine of a couple thousand $ $ $! There is a refrigerator. The staff does not mind)
