About the food:
I tried Adjarian khachapuri, cheese and classic khinkali.
Khachapuri is excellent, there is a lot of cheese and the bread boat is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Cheese lovers will love cheese khinkali, but I liked the classic beef khinkali the most, it's very juicy and there's a lot of broth inside.
To be honest, this is the first time I've tried Georgian cuisine, I've never tasted such a smooth dough in my life, just shikardos.

A small restaurant. The food is quite tasty, and the wine is good. But the service! We've been waiting for tea for probably half an hour! They also charge 15% tips automatically. For such a service, I wouldn't tip them at all. And certainly not more than 10%. So keep in mind. There was no talk of any Georgian hospitality.

A wonderful restaurant of Georgian cuisine. I visit here periodically, very tasty food, some dishes, as my friends who have been to Georgia say, are even tastier than in Georgia itself. The atmosphere is very pleasant, Georgian songs, but not very loud, which makes it possible to communicate normally. The waiters are polite and professional. The only disadvantage is that, just like in most of Tashkent, the owners of the establishment will take about 20% for service from you with a machine gun, and this does not go to the waiters. I recommend this place to everyone.

The food is very tasty, the interior is very fascinating, the "wall" of wine bottles surprised. Friendly and courteous staff, but there is a large, BUT small room, I would also like a playground, a large room where you can walk around. The food is sooo delicious, the salad with fried eggplant is just incomparable, I ate this salad for the first time, I recommend it. Henkali is juicy and delicious.

Not a bad place for Georgian cuisine.
Wine -$15-$30 per bottle. The food is not bad, the only thing I didn't like was the cheese mini inkali, and for some reason the phali were with ice inside. All the khachapuri, and we took the assorted ones, were super tasty. In general, it's not a bad place. It's not pretentious and delicious.

Delicious food and good wine are produced in-house. There are places on the street. There is also live music that is worth getting to.
There is a problem in cooking - sometimes you have to wait a long time for what you ordered, perhaps this is due to a large number of orders.
It is definitely worth trying dolma, even for those who do not like it because of the taste of grape leaves. It is different from all the options
Be sure to try haravats and of course khinkali.
The atmosphere is 5/5 if you are sitting inside. It is worth booking seats inside in advance.

I was going to try Georgian khinkali one weekend, I've never tried it, I've only seen it on YouTube (what kind of dish is this and what they eat it with)))
The interior inside the restaurant is in dark shades. There is a summer terrace, everything is somehow oblique, crooked, (the summer terrace did not evoke the impression of the so-called restaurant) in places it is even dirty on the summer terrace, the lawn is simply "dead", the "umbrellas" above the tables on the summer terrace are dirty inside and out, stained, broken parts from the umbrella (pieces of iron) stick out. The khinkali dish for such a price was not impressed, dry without broth, salt and pepper were brought in a salt shaker as it should be, and only pepper in two salt shakers. No sugar was served with raspberry tea.Once was enough to visit, no more foot in this institution. Yandex did not post photos with broken umbrellas and a lawn. To sum up: I did not like it, in Tashkent there is a cafe much lower in comparison with this restaurant, but they keep it clean.

To me, this is a parody of Georgian cuisine. It's more of a cafe, not a restaurant. Rubber khachapuri with a minimum of cheese, khinkali made of super thick dough. Although the taste and color of the markers are different. For me personally, this is not the best option for Georgian cuisine.

In general, it is good, although khinkali is cooked differently from time to time, when it is very spicy, and when it is not, the dough is also different in its steepness. Khachapuri is delicious, snacks are so-so, not very similar to Georgian ones, apparently they need to go to Georgia for Georgian seasonings.
