The worst branch of a backward (in terms of quality) bank based on previous and recent visits. 08/22/2024 I came to this branch right after lunch, I was glad to see that they had implemented an electronic queue system - prematurely. The girl at the reception printed out the queue for number 90... I went to the cashier # 3, a person was fussing at the cashier without a queue for a long time distracting the cashier, made a remark that it was necessary to speed up empty communication with friends, handed over $ 200 for an exchange, the cashier began to explain to me that she did not have sufficient sums for such an amount (and this is in the bank) and that you can contact another cashier... and to do this, I had to re-take the ticket for the queue and wait some more.
Thank God there was an adequate cashier at the box office # 1 and changed the same $ 200 - so I put 1 star, otherwise ZERO.
It is advisable to dismiss all staff, including the manager, then recruit adequate specialists on a competitive basis - it is better to pay more to fewer really working good specialists than to keep the current staff of incomprehensible characters.
For comparison, the branch on the Ganges of the same bank is much better than this Almazar branch.
