I decided to order my father an electric razor on Dr. Soocas S31, order number 290892. The application was made on 02/03/25. It was written that the delivery would be on 02/07. In fact, the razor arrived on 02/08.
02/09/2025 I went to the store to pick up the goods. Since it was as a gift, I decided not to unpack. After handing over the gift and unpacking, it turned out that the razor would not turn on and would not charge at all.
On the 10th, I contacted the store again with this problem. The seller accepted the product and offered to re-order the razor, I agreed, he ordered it with me on his own. No, complete ignorance and indifference. Plus, for the first time I went to get a razor and spent 25 km back and forth, and tomorrow I have to re-deliver the defective product. There is no compensation for the time and fuel spent, nor sorry. I applied to the store for the first time and for the last time. Not customer-centric, but careless.

Hello! I want to share the unpleasant impression of visiting this store.
We received an SMS about the delivery of the goods to the store, the opening hours were indicated (Fri and Sat until 22:00) and we entered the store on Friday at 21:05. The seller immediately kicked us out with the words "we are not working, you were deceived about the store's opening hours." We were very disappointed with this misinformation, because we had to drive through the whole city, as well as the complete indifference of the seller.
