I bought headphones, after about a month of use, the case began to creak when opening / closing the lid, I handed it over under warranty, as a result, replacement was refused, there are no grounds for a refund, they also added that the creaking of the case is the norm (a friend has the same headphones, uses longer, nothing creaks), in the instructions about "the creak of the case is normal" nothing is specified. The case did not fall, did not fly. The warranty staff can't really say and explain anything, they gave the number of the supplier to whom the headphones were sent, the girl does not hear the receipt number, is rude, says that I am a third party and they provide information only to legal entities, why give these numbers then? There is no one to talk to and deal with, the only option is the consumer protection society. If you want to donate your money, buy low-quality goods, waste time and be sent to this organization!
I'm not going to take the headphones, I'll leave them as a keepsake for the xiaomistor
