I am a regular customer of this store, and recently I have no desire to visit it anymore. Incompetent employees who lose an order (I don't emphasize that they won't call back upon arrival of the goods), and then drive back and forth, instead of finding a compromise and trying to correct their mistakes, they send the goods to a third-party shopping mall store or give a business card to the service center for a personal re-order of the goods, although the store is empty. I consider this disrespectful and unwilling to work. The store manager is completely unable to talk to customers, an arrogant, rude man. At no stage of the communication could they correct the situation or apologize. We are unlikely to return to this store ever again.

I bought a smart watch, they worked for 10 months under warranty, I gave it away, they said that moisture got in, despite the fact that the watch was never in the water even when I washed my hands, I took off the watch, the watch with moisture protection is unknown how moisture got there and whether there is moisture at all, maybe they just refused to fix it and referred to moisture or a defective watch, but in in any case, there is no guarantee to buy anything there.

For 30 minutes of standing in line, they served all the same people already in the process of completing the order (at the checkout). That is, they made purchases for 30 minutes. The queue has not advanced a single person. She left without buying anything. The service is terrible. Bring out more employees on weekends.
