Repairs are always good. I lowered the estimate only because specialists, when accepting an order, increase the percentage of wear on the product. It is clear that this is done in order to pay an understated amount of compensation in case of damage to the product, based on the specified percentage of wear. So, for example, I repaired (shortening) a completely new thing, but after that I found in the receipt that the percentage of wear of the product was indicated as 60. I opened the tag, but the absence of the tag does not wear out the product. The product was not worn. This remark applies not only to this item, there was a similar situation in others from this network. In general, everyone decides for himself) I am satisfied with the services, but the design approach confuses me.

I would like to express my great gratitude to the MASTER NATALIA ALEXANDROVNA MARUKHINA for the high class of PROFESSIONALISM! For the first time I applied to this workshop (Kirova, 3) on 11/19/2021 regarding the stitching of the sole in boots. There was no queue. The receptionist was very kind, clarified all the nuances with the master, brought them to my attention. After approval, I quickly placed an order. I was very pleased with the work done. After seeing this result, I decided to address a more "severe" case. On 12/28/2021, I brought boots (ESSO) to the workshop, a thin nubuck in the area of the bone broke and parted at the seam.....To be honest, there is no hope.I was waiting to hear the final verdict.(receipt 0069838) The girl at the reception, without unnecessary personal comments about the manufacturer and the price (2 workshops were already behind), THANKS to her, offered several repair options. The result exceeded all expectations!!! Small symmetrical patches, neat seams, and sizing, selected for the source material, did not spoil the design of the boots at all. Thank YOU "golden hands".

The dry cleaner didn't finish the job, and one thing just didn't get cleaned. I am waiting for a month to complete. I wanted to fix and clean my jacket and 2 coats before going abroad. I hoped to do this in an adequate time because I need to leave in a month. I passed it on May 4, they said the approximate time of readiness was the 12th. I took my things 19. All 3 items were repaired (2 zippers and a sewn pocket were replaced), but only one was properly cleaned. Among the things I handed over a sports jacket on a membrane fabric. It was necessary for the dry cleaner to cover the jacket with a water-repellent compound. At the reception, I was assured that they know how to handle the membrane at the dry cleaners and what they should cover. I came home with my things and found that one coat was not cleaned at all. There was wool and hair all over the coat, and there was dirt in the pockets. Not believing my eyes, I decided to check how the sports jacket was treated, it was clean, but when I dropped a drop of water from my finger for the test, it simply soaked into the membrane. I had to buy the product myself and cover the jacket. A jar of funds cost more than a cleaning fee. Then why did I give you a jacket and pay money for it if the work was not finished and I had to give even more money? And if the cleaning still does not provide such a procedure, then why do you say that it does? As a result, I had to go back to take an uncleaned coat. When I handed over, the receptionist laughed and tried to make a fool of me, saying that it couldn't be that the cleaning lady had given away a dirty thing. But only she took the coat back. I waited another week and today (the 27th) they tell me that the jacket was taken away only yesterday and that it will not be ready until the 2nd. I was supposed to leave this weekend. Now the departure from the country is postponed.. As a result, a lot of money was given for cleaning, a lot of money was spent on taxis, money was given for the vehicle, but I still haven't received the full amount of things. Thank you very much for the high-quality and, most importantly, timely execution of the work.

I'll say this, I came up with a typical problem: you need to replace the zipper runners, so here's a woman who works on receiving repairs Firstly, she said that there are no such runners and nowhere to be found, and secondly, she offered repairs with the replacement of the 90p lock (maybe this is a normal price), But I went to the Komarovsky market behind it there is a remon of clothes called,,METRO" 15p 2minutes and they wished me a good day. I want to summarize, maybe this is not a bad workshop, But the staff is not very friendly.
