Ruined shoes + rudeness
04/31/2025 handed over shoes for repair with clear requirements:
✔ Leather lining on the back → cheap knitwear sewn in
✔ Careful gluing of the sock → traces of glue on the suede, curved line
✔ Sock stitching → made somehow with thick threads and not on the edge
Bottom line: The shoes are ruined, the appearance is hopelessly ruined. When trying to point out a marriage, there is a slight rudeness from the staff.
We asked for one nose to be stitched, but we stitched two and said, "They usually say thank you for this." I also asked for a price list for the cost of leather and knitwear for the backs, to which I received in a rough form "What kind of people are you, they cost the same", well, yes, leather and cheap knitwear cost the same. I also didn't want to figure it out anymore, it was easier for me to call the hotline and take it to another workshop for rework, so I decided to pick up the shoes, to which I received the answer "So let me punch you another 2 nose firmware cost," well, then I was already in a stupor. I forgot to mention that I handed over the shoes with the intention of giving them a little bit of a good look, "But your shoes aren't 100% perfect, which is what you wanted." In short, they ruined the mood and excellent shoes new balance 574

I do not recommend: hack work, lack of quality control, disrespect for the client.
