I was repairing a backpack (strap attachment point). The clothes and things repairman Edia is very polite and experienced, quickly estimated the time and cost of repairs. On the appointed day, I came and took the thing as new. After that, he also wore sewing gloves for the gym, which came apart at the seams. In addition to the defects that I asked to eliminate, the master found more flaws and repaired them without increasing the cost of the service. I haven't repaired my shoes yet, but I will definitely contact you. I recommend it to everyone: high quality, fast (several days) and inexpensive.

When I arrived at the workshop, I was greeted by a polite foreman who listened attentively to my shoe problems. The suede elements on the back were torn and the sole came apart. The master offered several repair options. The repair was supposed to take a week, but a couple of days before the deadline, I received a call and was warned that they were delayed for a couple of days, and also apologized. As a result, the boots look like new — the sole is qualitatively repaired, the suede elements are perfectly stitched. The repair price is very pleasant, which was a great bonus. In other workshops, I was told the price was twice as high. Customer orientation is on top, so I recommend it!

The best workshop in the city! They do it efficiently and quickly. It was necessary to change the broken slider in the shoe lock for my son, the master did it in a matter of minutes. We contacted them again, took them 7 minutes before the workshop closed and fixed everything. We didn't even hope that we would make it. I like. The masters are good. Regarding the repair of clothes, I can't say anything bad, the repair was simple - my favorite pants were worn in the groin. We did it efficiently. There is no discomfort when wearing. The shoe master, in my opinion, is doing well. I entrusted my favorite sneakers and boots. In fabric sneakers, the fabric was worn in places of fracture, and the sole cracked in shoes.. It seemed to me that there was no way to save them.... But no. Patches on the fabric are almost invisible. The shoes look almost like they came from a store (apart from the fact that they are already six years old). I think it's enough for a couple more seasons.

They work fine, but for some employees, the attitude towards customers is just a nightmare, some kind of rudeness from scratch, they raise their voice to customers who talk calmly to them. They close, apparently, an hour before the time indicated everywhere. Purely because of this, I would never order anything from them again and never pay for it again. And I don't recommend it to you, even if it's cheap. And then there are memes in the responses to reviews, it's just ridiculous.
