Hello. I use Yandex services and everything has always been just fine, friendly people. I'm not a conflicted person. I prefer to avoid scandals because I am a doctor and head of the department at the Russian Orthodox Church "Mother and Child". However, on December 29, near the Korona store, which is located in Uruch, an egregious incident occurred. My wife and I drove up to the store and stopped near the parking lot to wait for a vacant parking space. The place was soon vacated and I asked my wife to stand next to him while I drove up to him. At the same time, a car with a Yandex sticker pulled up and brazenly started literally running over my wife. Then the driver got out of his car, started shouting at my wife that she was obstructing his movement, insulting her. Although he saw at the entrance that I was already getting ready for parking. I got out of the car. He behaved impudently. He shouted and threatened to call the police. Of course, I understand that he did not violate the rules of the road. However, his impolite, tactless behavior caused me to be indignant. He violated the unspoken driver's code, stating that the first one to park is the one who drove up first. It is a pity that such rude, ill-mannered people work in such a large and convenient company like Yandex. How to change information about any company: location, time of work, so they only changed it from the seventh time! And how to put some kind of crazy review of the company and one star, so it's easy. No approach, no logic. I'll give you an example of a review: "I called the company, I didn't like the voice of the secretary's girl" - that's it! And give it one star! And at Yandex, this review rolls with a bang, thereby underestimating the company's rating. I can write such a review to any company, including you (Yandex). How can you take such unfounded reviews into account the company's rating?! Yandex is a question for you or your "competent" specialists! You have a lot of negative feedback about leaving false reviews, etc. And you don't care, no one even checks the delivery. But given the mass of negative reviews, you have a solid top five in the rating!! Well done, open-minded!

In fact, you can write, anyone can write false information, put a negative assessment, although without even visiting the company and not using its services, but simply confusing the organization. I ordered food through Yandex delivery. From the poppy. The address is Nemanskaya 9. And Yandex decided to send a courier from the Pushkinskaya poppy, but not from the prytskogt Green. The delivery cost was the same as the order. The courier was late by 1h.20 min. The food is cold. To which Yandex gave the chicken 2p for the next order. The support service was unable to resolve the issue.

I ordered delivery in the evening. The amount of 10.50rubles is displayed to me. The courier has 15.50rubles. The parcel was not given until I paid the entire amount, commenting "I drove 10 km to you not for 10.50 rubles." I somehow got a promo code. There is an assumption that I passed it, but it was not displayed to the courier. This is some kind of mockery! The second time I order delivery and the second time there is a problem. Then the psychotic couriers come, wait for free waiting, although the service is door-to-door and rudely communicate, saying that they will not come to pick up, then the incorrect display of amounts and couriers do not care what I have on my phone. It only matters what's on their phone. Tech support gave me a coupon, but it's not clear if it will work, because I don't find the correspondence as if it was deleted. Although the point of these coupons is if there are people in Yandex who cannot use the app correctly or communicate with people correctly.

The whole Yandex office dances only to suit its interests, bots are sitting in the support service, there are no people there, they can't make a competent answer, they don't sort out the problem, they don't miss honest bad reviews on companies, maybe everything is paid for. They refer to the publication rules, but the first and third paragraphs in these publication rules absolutely contradict each other, to which no one from the staff can give an answer, the meaning of visiting various institutions and their assessment is lost.

The company is disgusting after realizing how they treat users. It is impossible to delete a product plus subscription, just as it is impossible to delete linked payment cards. It is impossible to contact at least support directly. It is calculated that stupidly pay and you will not do anything with them. After the first complaint, the subscription was turned off (even the paid period) and the linked cards were deleted, but after a month everything resumed and the plus subscription was debited from the card by default. It is easier to change a bank card than to rely on the decency of this one...

If you want to spoil your evening, contact Yandex.Food. Disgusting app and quality of service. When ordering, one delivery time is specified, then it changes to +60-90 minutes without demand and warning. There is no way to cancel the order. The money is debited immediately. Tech support responds in general phrases and does nothing to fix the situation. The food should be delivered twice in 3.5 hours, initially it was indicated 35-40 minutes. It's a disappointment. I do not recommend it!
