This branch of Yaponamama is very nice, the service is good and the food is tasty. There is a branch in Riviera, the staff is not competent at all, not satisfied with service at all and the food was not tasty, Tom yam that I ordered for take away-there was only one chicken inside. For Makro branch 9 out of 10, for Riviera branch 1 out of 10

I love sushi, my family and I go to this place and often order home delivery, delivery always arrives at the time of everything of excellent quality and very tasty, and my children especially like their garlic bread and baked rolls, as well as a ginger snack, my family and I really like this place, I recommend it to everyone!!!!

At the master class, the staff was polite - it's good, but not fun, and the rolls from the master class themselves were tasteless - some kind of dry. We tried them and thought to order others. We ordered baked, some with Philadelphia, some still warm - in short, all the rolls are some kind of over-sweetened and dry. Soy sauce did not help to kill the sweetness, the fish was not felt. In short, I'm disappointed. Maybe you need to take something else from the first courses - I don't know or maybe it depends on the cook. I don't want to go there anymore in general

The location in the city is convenient. The location of the halls of the restaurant itself is not convenient. There are only three floors. We were on the 3rd floor, and the bathroom was on the 2nd floor. The bathroom is one w and one m. I don't think there are enough tables for that number. The kitchen is excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the accompanying units of dishes, such as sauces, namely wasabi, put very little, we ordered the largest set. I had to ask for more wasabi, but it is already considered a separate position for which you have to pay.

We have been constantly going to Japanamama since the opening. But now the accumulative one does not work, and the story with the Account in which the discount code was purchased is generally strange. It is impossible to use it. What kind of careless attitude towards regular customers?
In addition to these untidy moments, I noticed that the food has changed. The salad was tasteless, fish was saved on Philadelphia rolls. I will look for another institution, since there are more than enough of them now. Goodbye, Japanese lady.

I was a regular customer, but for the first time in the Abai branch, I must say that this is the worst branch that has ever been. Kirill is forgetful, accepted our order and forgot to put it in the system, and waited 30 minutes, no drinks, no food, no service, completely ignored.. then I went up to this forgetful Kirill and asked about our order, and he went to clarify... and he comes up to our table with a stupid look and asks who took our order... then apparently "there were some problems in the system" and our order did not go through... while the people who came later received their orders. Thank you for your time, spoiled mood and an empty stomach. Japan is my ass.
