We’ve been here before so we know the food is good. This is a good place if you want high quality lamb. We were trying to book a reservation via phone call. One of the agents on the phone decided to immediately hang up on us. They were VERY RUDE. We were treated poorly and blew up and escalated to their management.

We liked the restaurant. The menu is small, but everything we ordered was very tasty. I would especially like to mention the pork shish kebab (it's been a long time since we've eaten such a tender and juicy shish kebab) and the crab neck kebab.
The disadvantages would be the following:
1. it is quite cool in winter.
2. The tables are very close to each other.

Nice place, delicious cuisine. That's the feeling when it's really delicious. I recommend trying veal kebab, chicken kebab, chocolate cake. Wonderful author's cocktails: berry and citrus.
The staff is friendly.
I took off one star for the fact that we got a bitter Burrata.
The waiter girl tried to convince us that cheese should be like that. But it's not like that. After that, the cook tasted the burrata - and it really tastes bitter.
Otherwise, everything is fine.

My birthday was recently celebrated. A gastronomic holiday, of course, in the end. Hash, horowitz and company. Everything is on the level, except that fries are not cooked and you can't bring them from outside. A very inconvenient option.Our child eats only fries and what to do.The manager was called, without result.They fried the potatoes, paid for them, ate them themselves, and the child was left hungry.We highly recommend filling in this big gap, it is important for young visitors.

We chose this one from several restaurants in Tsakhkadzor, and we never regretted it (we visited others in the following days, there are different ones, but now we are not talking about them). I am writing an angry review. I was with a friend today. We were in no particular hurry to bring the order, and fuck it. I like sweets. After dinner, I asked for bird's milk and it was brought...I don't know what. Some kind of layered sweet dessert, absolutely not similar in consistency, taste, or appearance to what is expected. "maybe it's Armenian bird's milk?" I thought and ate it anyway, although I was counting on the usual white bird's milk.And only now, sitting on a white friend and searching the Internet for countless types of "bird's milk" and not finding anything similar, I realize that it seems to me that they just snuck in an order that someone canceled and which had not been fresh for a long time. I'm upset, to be honest. I went to this cafe periodically...I won't do it now.

A delicious and beautiful place.
Friendly, courteous staff, speaks Russian easily (as everywhere in Armenia), good wi-fi.
There is a large distance between the tables, all the dishes are delicious (except maybe the crispy chicken, a little dry for my taste).
For desserts, try hot halva with ice cream.
I took two points off for an unpleasant incident that happened on my last visit there. POS terminals do not work well in Yasaman. Waiters run around the hall with them, catching the net. It usually always works out. And then it turned out that the bank debited the amount from me, but the terminal gave out that it was not. After some time of proceedings (everything is polite) I decided to pay again, especially since the amount is small, and their manager promised to deal with the bank and return the money.
In the following days, I went to Yasaman two more times, asked if they were throwing up their hands, saying it wasn't working yet. But it felt like no one was going to figure it out.
I went home, it's been more than a month, nothing has changed. I am attaching a photo.
In general, an unpleasant incident. Removes illusions about Caucasian hospitality. I understand that this is an isolated case, I understand that business, but it's still unpleasant

I was not impressed by any of the dishes. Tasteless bean soup, chicken soup with half a centimeter of fat on the surface, salad with crispy chicken consists of finely chopped parsley, cherry tomatoes and chicken (all not the most delicious). Lamb hashlama is a frying pan with vegetables and several pieces of (not the best) lamb. Of course, this is an author's performance, but you need to warn a person who wants to eat the first course, and they bring him the second. The prices for all this are you know what. The good stuff is tea.

I liked everything!
And a cozy hall and verandas to the streets and a responsive staff!
We are guests from Moscow, we lived in a hotel opposite this wonderful restaurant and visited it twice a day in the morning for coffee with ice cream, baklava and real fragrant mountain honey. And in the evening for dinner with delicious Armenian wine!

We were on the weekend. We booked a table half an hour before arrival. There were few empty seats in the restaurant, we were warned that the dishes would not be ready for at least 30 minutes. It didn't bother us. The snow was falling beautifully outside the window, we were sitting next to a burning fireplace - beauty. The kitchen is good, everything was delicious enough.
The children were taken to the children's room in the next building, there was an animator girl who entertained the children. The children's room is free.
I really liked the cakes. Chocolate, Esterhazy, honey cake were very tasty, soaked👍
My husband did not like that there was no vodka for Hash, there were no strong drinks on the bar menu, but this did not stop him😁
In general, we are very satisfied with the restaurant)

We visited this restaurant several times with a large company (8 people). And we can say with confidence that this is a great place: from the service to the food itself. Pleasant atmosphere, fast and high-quality service. The food is incredible. The portions are very decent, most dishes can be safely ordered for several people. All drinks from tea to alcohol are delicious. Personally, I was completely delighted with the cake (esterhazy ) I've never tasted anything so delicious. I definitely recommend this place, of all the restaurants visited, this restaurant is in the top 1.
