In the group that my child went to, the teacher and assistants were constantly changing, from where the child himself was acting up. To the question of why our beloved teachers are leaving, the management brought the answer. Since children will be happy to go to the garden here. The teachers are tired, they all work for days, and even more from fatigue they go on long-term sick leave. It's a pity for the workers of this garden. The management cannot assemble the team. Horror. I would rather take my child by bus to another area than across the street to this kindergarten, where the team is constantly changing and the management does not appreciate its employees.
