Pros: a normal team, the chefs cook deliciously. Cons: I drive from the other side of the city (I'm looking for a job much closer to home than this garden), the yard next to which there is a garden is rarely and poorly cleaned from snow in winter

If we take the material base, then the most ordinary garden. A well-equipped group, a room for sleeping, everything is beautiful, neat, lots of toys, an ordinary territory. The head is an experienced, competent woman, explained everything, listened attentively, answered questions, showed the group. There are no complaints about the educators, but this is more an individual indicator of each of them.
