I wanted to purchase a Karcher irrigation distributor in Minsk. The product on the website is marked in stock. But the company was thinking about what to say, because they didn't call me. I called myself. They said that the goods were in Baranovichi and they could not deliver it, the order was too small. To my question, why is the information on the site not objective, the manager began to teach life. There was a negative impression about the company in the person of the manager. I do not know if I will remain a buyer of this company.

We bought the product and paid in the store (1 tillerblock, a plow and a hitch to it, 2 construction wheelbarrows) 1 time delivery - they said everything on time, as agreed. They brought it (a completely different company - vozim.by ) instead of 18.00 at 22.00, because for some reason there were 2 addresses in the documents of the delivery company, the goods instead of the standard packaging, wrapped in food wrap, TTN - indicated 1-for the car and the driver, brought a completely different one (the salon is dirty), the driver is not instructed on how to properly transport the goods. Hence, the product is scratched, the second product is missing fasteners. Before that, a 4-hour call back is with the store's boss, then with the dispatcher of the delivery company. Refund. 2 times delivery by branded transport, but without TTN; the type of product is the same, but: a tillerblock with a different number, and a passport from the old one and a wing from it of a different color, a hitch to the plow - I had to remove the paint and re-cut the thread, the wheelbarrow itself turned out to be bent - to replace. Conclusion: if you are not well versed in what you want to buy (especially with delivery and expensive), be VERY CAREFUL, because in case of return, they will sing (especially the store management) anything to sniff (and replace it with a completely new arc, and it will turn out to be even worse) - to all of them (except the seller himself in the store) I don'T care about your product, your time, nerves and health.

I bought an electric trimmer TE 4217-1 Wortex after an hour of work, smoke started coming from the motor . I contacted the store and was sent to the service center.
