Don't take a tool here. The warranty is waived by any means. I took a stiga scythe from them, it started to start badly. I did not climb up on the warranty myself - as a result, a carburetor replacement was rolled out (30% of the cost). I refused to repair it, and after returning I climbed in and it turned out that the bolts on the carburetor were loosened and the air was sucking. I did it myself in 5 minutes.
Now I have given the karcher vacuum cleaner to the service under warranty and did not work for 2 months - the same answer from the service.
