We stopped for a snack on the way from Brest.
The order was placed quickly, and the delivery was not long in coming. Only the spouse was upset by the slightly salted dish, and then disappointment came. But when the staff immediately replaced him, the disappointment was dispelled at the same moment.
And we realized that this is not a minus, but a plus.
There is a sign: over–salted food means you fell in love. When guests appeared on the doorstep, they tried to meet them as best they could, and therefore put a lot of salt on the table. This was especially true of the long-awaited matchmakers. But for uninvited guests, salt was not served at all. It was a hint that they were not welcome.

The food is Very Real, fresh, tasty, healthy,
And everything is served with fervor from the heat.
The meat is real, always delicious, whether it's a katleka,

Every time I visit Belarus, I try to stop by this cafe. My set is cabbage soup or borscht, necessarily a dranik with meat and compote, which is very tasty. When there are a lot of people, you may have to wait a bit. When the institution has 20-30 percent of the load, the order is taken out very quickly. Enjoy your meal!
