It's no worse or better than other European post points. I've never had any problems with receiving and sending. People who are constantly unhappy with everything, I advise you to first understand the rules and procedures for sending and receiving parcels, and there will be no problems.

This is not a European post, this is a village pick-up point where you cannot receive mail. A package arrived on 08/01/2013 from children from Russia. The children bought the product in the Russian Federation in an online store and sent it to us with our address, the online store made the purchase and indicated the recipient with the buyer's full name. When trying to get the product, the answer was: let them come and get it themselves. This is nonsense. I will not use your mail anymore. Order number: 47839701-0201
