Terrible pvz, the new staff doesn't know how to do anything at all, except to be rude and rude, that's 100% what they do. I couldn't get my order because I didn't have my passport or ID card with me. I brought the student ID, but it didn't fit either. Surprisingly, the driver's license turned out to be valid for this situation. It made me very sad.
