The specialist at the PVZ, when making our parcel, did not limit himself to the track number and passport number, but demanded an SMS from Viber, which does not come to the sender but to the recipient. We could not convince him that this is not for us and he must fulfill his duties. It seems to work easier for him when he doesn't have to look for a long track number. The result: lost time and health. Now we don't know how to send the package. The shipment has been paid for. However.... We went to the Euromail website and wrote about our problem in the Viber chatbot. As I said, you don't need a text message. The specialist just misled us to kick us off (unpleasant), but it's not clear why.... We found out that our order has arrived. The specialist had to find our order number and accept our parcel. Thanks to the manager in the chat, who figured out the issue and sent the order number under which our order was registered on Euromail. (this is just in case......). Tomorrow we'll go send the package. We hope that today's specialist at the PVZ has a day off tomorrow.

Today, for the first time, I came across an incomprehensible attitude. There was a Dark girl with a ponytail at work, they came with their daughter of 2 months to pick up vitamins. the young lady who worked there was very slow, phlegmatic, unhurriedly scanned the goods (obviously it was imported), we waited patiently. Obviously, the employee does not know that it is necessary to greet and communicate with customers, so I got a "what do you have" in the forehead... I wanted to answer about the gas, but changed my mind... I showed her a message on the phone, I didn't find the parcel, I asked for the last name, I found it (it wasn't paid and I had to pay on the spot) and then she says she won't give it back without a passport. For a moment, the parcel has not been paid, the SMS shows the name is called...She spat on the case and left. I will not order delivery to this department anymore..
Girl, if you're in a bad mood, you don't have empathy, you're ill-mannered, you don't need to work with people.
I will never go there again and I do not recommend it to others :)
Especially for a girl-you work there, because people ask you to bring goods there, and if they don't go there, then you won't have a job.
