I want to leave my feedback about this organization, or rather about the department 283 at Baranovichi, Komsomolskaya 19. I have been using the services of Euromail for a long time, but from now on I do not want to be a client of this organization. This department has never been particularly distinguished by the high quality of service (speed, competence ...), but at the moment they have surpassed themselves. First, they lost my parcel. It was only after the letter on the site that they were able to find her. This is after 9 days. Because of this situation, my order was disrupted. Today, when I receive the parcel, having already paid for it, I see in the form that I still owe them for storing it. Because the so-called "storage" has exceeded the deadline. I have no words!!! Before using the services of this department, consider all the pros and cons so as not to end up in my situation.

The most terrible separation that I have ever met in my life. I came to the department 3 times to pick up the parcel. And three times there was a sign that the branch was not open until 17:30, then it was taped at 17:30 and there was no definite time and date of opening. We arrived at 18:30, the department was still not working. As a result, it did not work. Employees do not answer the question of how long the branch will open. Idly sorting through the boxes and rearranging the shelves.
