There are just no words!!! Disgusting delivery!!! The shipment was accepted for delivery on 03/09/2012, and on 03/10/2012 it stopped being tracked. After that, on 03/12/12, I started writing to the support service. The operator began to explain that the delivery takes from 1 to 4 WORKING days, depending on the distance. Today is 03/16/12, excluding weekends and the day of acceptance for shipment, 5 days!!! The departure did NOT arrive at the destination!!! The distance between the communication offices is 180 km!!! There is no limit to indignation!!! I will definitely not use this delivery anymore!!! And I will not advise anyone!!!
