The department is working disgustingly.Once again, when I arrived for the parcel, I found out that they again decided to work not until 21:00, but until 18:00 (04/24/2025), as customers who have wasted their time will find out from a piece of paper on the door.

Fast and prompt work of the staff and the post office itself (the parcel was delivered from Minsk to Grodno without problems within a day), cash on delivery was received the next day after delivery. The only thing I recommend is to pack your parcel in the right container in advance and wrap it with tape yourself - it's too much unjustified prices for boxes there, even they took 60 kopecks for scotch tape...But it's just a personal quibble.
