To be honest, it's not clear why there are employees at all on Euromail if customers do everything themselves)) The application for the shipment is filled out by themselves, the parcel is packed by themselves, the employees apparently sit just for the entourage, because they cannot even answer customer questions without rudeness. In particular, in this department, it is not the first time we have come here and a short worker with dark hair is rude to us and cannot tell us anything to people who came to Euromail for the first time.
Of all the delivery services, European Post is generally the most unloved for us — they have already made some mistakes several times in different branches - they lost parcels, confused stickers, delayed shipments. The last time they tried to give us someone else's parcel at all, with another completely dissimilar surname))

I came to pick up the parcel 5 minutes before closing, the employee pretended that I was not there, went about her business and dragged her time to say later: "the post office is closed." I tried to have an adequate dialogue with her, which I received rudeness for. I'm not that shocked, there aren't enough mats here. It was a birthday present that I needed to pick up very urgently. I ask the management to take action. And I advise this employee to keep an eye on her appearance, at least wash her hair.

28 декабря 2021 г была отправлена посылка из Минска в Столин. Сегодня 5 января - посылки нет. Уважаемое руководство Европочта, это у Вас нормальная практика? Сегодня заканчивается мой отпуск и я уезжаю. Скажите кто и каким образом будет получать данную посылку? Уровень вашей работы скатился ниже плинтуса. Очень жаль что приделся возвращаться к услугам старой и доброй Белпочты, которая свои обязанности выполняет гораздо лучше.

Самый отвратительный пункт европочты, в котором я только была. Почти всегда здесь очереди и не из-за потока людей, а из-за максимально медленной и нечёткой работы персонала. Ужасный сервис, по сравнению с которым остальные пункты работают как швейцарские часы.

Я впечатлилась тем, как быстро и приветливо работает сотрудница этого пункта. Я получала и отправляла посылки и на Мележа, 5 и на проспекте Независимости, 40 А. Нигде не оказывали помощь, не подсказали ни слова, а очереди были на сорок минут. В общем, из 10 баллов ставлю 100. Спасибо ❤️

Принтер зависает и не работает почти каждый раз, когда я прихожу. Однажды пришлось прийти в другой день из-за этого.
