Conveniently located in a shopping mall. Be careful about the breaks, by the hour. You'll just wait. I don't recommend it in the evening either, the queues are often long. It 's better to drive in the morning .

In the evening, during rush hour, there is only one ticket office and a queue of 15 people. We also added work for operators with packing shipments in boxes and packages. You can stand for 15-30 minutes without any movement while the operator packs 10-20 parcels of one client.
