In the evening, during rush hour, there is only one ticket office and a queue of 15 people. We also added work for operators with packing shipments in boxes and packages. You can stand for 15-30 minutes without any movement while the operator packs 10-20 parcels of one client.

There are many jobs, but as a rule one place works, the rest are "busy" or absent. The whole mess comes from the senior in this attire and lack of work discipline - neither over him nor over his subordinates.

When asked to call an additional employee, customers were informed in an aggressive tone that the reception of parcels by employees would not be completed, they would have to wait; they needed to calculate their time in advance and they could contact adjacent offices. I got the impression that I was to blame and came to send the parcel. So the time spent on sending the parcel took about 30 minutes. Does an organization that people trust and are willing to spend their time deserve such an attitude?
