09/24/24 I was sent a message that a parcel had arrived at the department. There was also a link in the message to the department's working hours. I clicked on the link and saw the time: from 9:00 to 21:00. I planned a trip for the parcel.
At 20:05, I just "said hello" to the closed door, which had the inscription "sorry, sorry, but we are working until 19:00 today."
I have a question: 1. Why didn't they write to me about the change of the working mode with an SMS that my parcel was delivered, 2. Why the working mode was not changed on the website.
