I had the temerity to believe in the high level of Euromail service. When I contacted the department at Romanovskaya Sloboda, I felt disappointed. I needed to pack a parcel, and after standing in a kilometer-long queue, finally getting to the coveted place near the cashier, I was stunned: there were no envelopes, no bubble wrap, no boxes. Just a shrugging employee. I'll give you one star.

After standing in line with a small child, it turned out that the parcel would not be given to us, because in the name of her husband and the cash on delivery is more than 1 ruble! When I replied that I was a spouse and would pay the cash on delivery myself, I was refused. Since when can't a couple pick up a package for each other?! Especially since my daughter and I have things there!
Until now, I have constantly picked up parcels at the post office for my husband, and he for me! Here, the logic is simply missing! You can't pick up a parcel without a number! She showed the number here, which means that her husband provided it himself. Accordingly, he is aware.
The administration and employees need to study paragraph 1 of Article 59 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Marriage and Family.

And zero reaction) He just stares into the void, waiting for your actions. What to present? A passport? A phone number? The parcel code? Where can I sign? All information must be extracted. It happened more than once. This attitude is unpleasant. I understand it's a hard day, but the above is part of the job, I think. PS I have nothing against piercing, I just didn't see the girl's name anywhere.
