I went to this studio, everything was fine, but the last time I was unpleasantly surprised, I was booked for 9 a.m., I came, as it turned out, the master became ill, we are all human beings, I understand everything, everything happens. But she was initially unwell, no one called, no one warned, she spent time on the road and left with nothing. I repeat, anything happens, no one is insured. They promised to call back, re-record to another master, but after more than a week no one called back, did not write, I was left without a manicure, it's good that I found another studio and did it there. It's sad that such customer orientation is not a small price to pay.

Excellent service, the sweetest girls, who perfectly know the work at a decent level, listened to every wish and gave smiles during the whole procedure! I was totally delighted, treated to nuts and coffee, what could be better at 11 am! Thank you very much!

Good afternoon, I had a manicure in this studio,the receptionist is polite,the studio is small but clean,they offered tea and coffee, thank you.
About the master, I did the nails quickly, at first I liked it because there is little light in the studio, you can't immediately see all the flaws.
When I came out of the studio, I saw that the nails were crooked, especially the little fingers, very much raised and the average one came out with a shovel,the base was laid out badly with bubbles on 6 nails out of 10 and the detachment near the cuticle went on day 3 and a piece of gel on the thumb fell off 🤦♀️ for 70 rubles,sorry, but it's terrible,and I also gave a taxi there and it turned out 40 rubles. in general, I gave 110 rubles for a low- quality manicure .
