I read reviews - half of people write what a delicious, juicy and flavorful shish kebab. Half of them complain that the barbecue doesn't even smell like charcoal. It seems that either the institution makes half of the orders in the oven. Or these are fake reviews. My experience. I ordered it for the first and last time. They brought sterile cooked meat that smelled... nothing. At some point I thought I had a Crown. But no. There was not a grain of coal on the barbecue. Half of the kebabs were shamelessly cut to the middle with a knife - apparently the "cook" was checking the readiness, thus simply ridding the meat of all moisture. As a result, the meat is dry. The meat is not aromatic. It is impossible to say that it is tasteless. It's just nothing. And for sure, in the Caucasus, those who would dare to call such a dish a barbecue are most likely killed. So I'm sorry, but I'd rather buy two kilograms of pork neck for this money, cut into cubes, pickle and go to my friends across the MKAD to the backyard. Which I recommend to everyone.
