I do not recommend it! They dyed their hair the wrong color, it cost 286 rubles (they said "maximum 240" when making a phone call), washed the paint a day later (for free).
I signed up my mother for hair coloring. She clearly said that it was necessary to dye her hair in natural color (red), to paint over gray hair, the length of the hair to the shoulder blades. The administrator said that the price for coloring is up to 300 rubles, in our case it will be a maximum of 240.
When they dyed their hair, they asked for 286 rubles for the work. The price was explained as follows:
1) allegedly, I was recorded by another administrator, who recorded the length of my hair as average, but they turned out to be long. Once again, I clearly called it "Up to the shoulder blades" and I see on the Internet that the length up to the shoulder blades is average.
2) supposedly mom has thick hair. This is also not true. It's a stretch to say that they are of medium density, or even rare.
3) allegedly, they have super-premium hair dye and there was a large consumption of this paint. 2-3 years ago, I dyed my hair in a good salon in Minsk, which I constantly go to, and it cost 90 rubles.
As for the wrong color, I asked on the phone to dye my hair a natural red color. Mom told the master that she did not want such a light one as she has now (a lot of gray hair and faded in the sun), she wanted a little darker - chestnut. But you never know what a person can mean by the word "chestnut". In addition, chestnut has different shades: light chestnut, dark chestnut, ... The master made a mistake by not finding out what the client wants, not showing the final result on the palette and dyed it dark chestnut. Mom was very upset, instead of apologizing, they convinced her that the color suits her very well (this is not true), they said that it would wash off soon (this is not true, I know for myself - you either have to endure until it grows back or wash the paint), they justified that mom told them to dye it brown. They did not offer to correct the mistake, they only explained and justified themselves (which was not at all interesting). I called them 3 times that day and told them how upset my mother was, how she didn't like the color, that her friends had told her that the color didn't suit her and was aging her. Finally they said: come and wash the color. Perhaps the argument "how did you color your hair according to the client, without showing brown on the palette" worked. My mother and I arrived a day later. First of all, I asked to show what the final result would be after washing. The master showed me the palette (I noticed how she rolled her eyes, as if I was asking for God knows what). As a result, the paint was washed, it turned out well, but it cost my mother a lot of stress. Well, inadequate money and waste of time.
