Repeated cooperation with the real estate agency YURIELT left only pleasant impressions. The head and staff of the agency are friendly and friendly, and most importantly - real professionals!
Exactly a year ago, I turned to my agent Inna Fedorovna for help in buying an apartment. The budget was small, so I didn't really count on a cool apartment, we tried to look for a one-room secondary apartment near the metro. 2-3 weeks of searching did not bring proper results. At some point, the agent offered to take a ready-made new building in Minsk. I was afraid to get involved in repairs, so I insisted on finding a secondary one. As a result of long hikes around the city and views of studio apartments with tired repairs, it was decided to take a new building. At that moment, there were two profitable offers on the market and it was impossible to delay. After a week of thinking, the first option was sold, so we quickly went for the second one. To be honest, at first I was very doubtful about the decision I had made - a phobia of repairs).
The owner and I quickly agreed on a $1,000 discount and made a deal. Surprisingly, the paperwork was completed quickly and by the beginning of November, repairs had begun. Everything worked out!
For many months now I can't get enough of buying, because apartments in MM have grown in price a lot. For reference: I bought for 37 thousand (31 meters) – now the prices are about 45. Therefore, I can't help but thank my realtor for such a gift, because if it wasn't for her, I would have taken a second hand with my grandmother's repair and then regretted it.
Personally, I wish my agent career growth and more responsive clients! To the real estate agency Yurielt - prosperity!!!!
