"Yurkas Salon on Bogdanovich 153B is an excellent place to receive high–quality services. Consultant Vladislav proved himself to be a professional: polite, knowledgeable and attentive to clients. Thanks to his help, I was able to easily select the appropriate door options. The doors were delivered quickly, the only thing was a small workload of the installation masters, but I understand that everyone wants to celebrate the New Year with new doors. I recommend this salon to everyone!

We chose swing doors to the room. We thought a lot, watched, and chose between companies. We have made a choice in the Yurkas salon. We did not find certain models that we would like, but Vladislav, a consultant, helped us with the choice and told us about the new products. We chose a polypropylene coated model, as it was important for us that the doors could be cleaned well. We demonstrated it at the salon and realized that this is our option. I can't remember the model of the door. We were satisfied. Thank you.

Even the firm will not turn the tongue to call this office. I ordered 7 doors to the house. The measurer arrived, of course, he came at our expense, measured everything, made an order according to his measuring sheet. The order was delivered in a month and a half. Well, at least that's it. The installer has arrived. And then the most interesting thing began. It turned out that the doorways did not fit, they were too narrow. I called the desk, they said that it was necessary to write a complaint on the website, they set the deadline for responding to the advertisement for themselves for 14 days. It's been 2 weeks, no response, no greetings. On the 15th day, I already called myself, with assurances that they just wanted to dial me themselves, agreed that the "jamb" of the measurer and said that the position was custom-made, they would send an application for production and as soon as it was ready they would dial. They guided me to the 20th of August. No one called until the 25th. I typed them myself as usual. As it turned out, my goods are already in stock, but no one tells me about it. And it is not known how long they lay there, and it is not known how much more they would have been if I had not called myself. As a result, they billed me for the replacement of doborov. They take away my goods that did not fit, turned out to be too narrow for my openings, and bring me wider ones. (I needed a 200mm wide hole and for some reason the measurer intended 150). So the replacement of the dobors from 150 to 200 at a price turned out to be almost the same as my 150 dobors. They just set the price for 200 dobor 2 times higher than my 150. It turns out that I have to pay them twice for the goods, and this, from their point of view, is the solution to the issue of the complaint. It turns out they've made a lot of money and I'm paying for it. And in general, this office works at your expense. When placing an order, you pay 70 percent, and only then the order is placed in production, i.e. they place an order at the factory at the expense of the buyer, and when the order is ready, you also pay them 30 percent, this is their profit, as I understand it. Without investing a penny of my money in turnover, I earn 30 percent on the client's money and also such a piggy attitude. It's as if you come to the store for bread, and they tell you to pay 70 percent of the cost and come for your bread tomorrow. And when you come tomorrow they will ask you to pay 30 percent extra and give you your bread. That's the kind of business.

I chose the doors in the salon. I liked only one option. I warned you either quickly or in no way. It is necessary from the availability. They said that there is such an option in Minsk. The next day, the measurer arrived, for a fee. After a few days, they send a calculation where the doors are registered, a month or two. I'm asking how it is. And they say it's over while we've been testing your order for these few days. Come and choose others. And I did not want others and agreed to the arrival of the measurer only because the ones I liked were available. Naturally, I did not go anywhere with such an attitude towards them. He gave me more than 70 rubles for the measurement. This is the way to earn money.

We installed two entrance doors (not cheap), we did not even have time to use them, they are still in the film, 5 days have passed after installation, and when pressing the handle in one of them, this very handle remained in my hands, it is even difficult to imagine what kind of powder Chinese metallurgy is involved here, but the quality is just TERRIBLE... They said the case was not guaranteed, and "we can only consult, bring and do it at YOUR expense.".. How cute(((

Run away from them as fast and as far as possible. The service is terrible, they will never call back if you call them with a problem on the doors you have already bought. There is one answer to all of them: "We will call you back." and silence. They barely took away the defective door (the paint burst), everyone tried to move out to the fact that the ordered position. The door was carried for three months, the installer went for a month, they took the door and gave the money. Wasted time and nerves.

We bought an entrance door in Yurkas on Bogdanovich. After installation, employees of their company noticed that the door leaf was installed crookedly in relation to the door frame. We wrote a claim on the website, the master called us back and said (without inspection) that nothing could be done, that such an oblique door was made in production. We sold and installed a defective door!
