Автовокзал большой, удобный, есть места ля отдыха и ожидания, персонал вежливый, обязательно посоветуют, но не навязчево, что тебе лучше. Очереди как и на всех автовокзала, но не больше 3-4 человек. Есть парковка для автомобилей, на платформах чисто, стоят лавочки.

Не плохой автовокзал. Билеты можно заказать удалённо через телеграм чат, что очень удобно, также там можно узнать всю нужную информацию. Зал ожидания на втором этаже большой, розетки есть. Камера хранения на вокзале работает до 17.00 и всего лишь 100 рублей за сумку. Туалет платный 30 руб. Рядом есть небольшая аллея, где можно скоротать время а также ТЦ. Приезжала туда с Мск 14.04, и уезжала 16.04 обратно. Перевозчики разные, выбирать нужно по отзывам))

Хороший автовокзал, 2 этажа зала ожидания, туалет находится сзади здания платный(наличка) в самом вокзале есть забегаловки типо шаурмы, булочек, напитки и тд тоже всё за наличку. Но цены завышены

Ехали 13-го апреля Донецк-Москва автобусе Е715НН761!!! (Перевозчика указывать не будем, очень надеемся, что они не такие, как водители.) Багаж загружали сами, полки для ручной клади были заняты личными вещами водителей и нам сказали сдать наши личные вещи в багажное отделение.Спросить ничего нельзя было, постоянно разговаривали на повышенных тонах и исключительно матом! На просьбу об остановке я услышала: "Я ВАС ПОЗДРАВЛЯЮ!!!" ОСТАНОВИЛИ только через 40 минут, я всё понимаю, это дорога!!! Я извинилась и много раз сказала спасибо! Ну когда он вышел и начал второму водителю рассказывать как его тут все бесят!Выслушали горы матов вслед, ребёнка обзывали "невоспитанной кобылицей", которая могла бы и потерпеть!Другой ребёнок тоже не угодил, постоянно носом шмыгал!!! Поездка прошла в ужасном напряжении! Отношение к людям, как к скотине, сложилось впечатление, что мы едем на его личном люксовом авто!!!!! Самое страшное, что по таким людям, и оценивают всех людей из вновь присоединенных территорий. А жаль...

Немного отдает совдепией. Хотя отдельные девушки на кассах своей вежливостью и отзывчивостью это очень исправляют. Жаль, среди водителей таких, вежливых, пока маловато. Еще один минус - туалет только платный, только за вокзалом, и только за наличку. Крайне неудобно.

На кассе работает хамка, которой, видите ли, не нравится, что ты оплачиваешь по карте, видимо, себе в карман так воровать сложнее. Спрашиваешь, в чём проблема и что за претензии, тебе отвечают "Сейчас поедешь стоя.". Автобусы на ближайшие направления сомнительного качества. До уровня других регионов РФ, конечно, расти и расти ещё, очень грустно.

What was the money taken for? And I would also like to add that the buses are very inconvenient. There are a lot of places, the passages are narrow, the buses are dirty. If you take that kind of money, where is the service? People are on the road for 10 hours, you sit in the seat like in a vice, your knees rest against the front seat.
