I liked it, it looks very unusual, we went as part of a group to an abandoned city for three dollars in a UAZ truck, but it was possible (if I knew that the road was normal) to get there on my own.

The abandoned railway between
Tkvarcheli and Akarmara
The railway bridge over the Aaldzga River in Tkvarcheli was the only bridge with a bend in the USSR:
* Rails have been missing here for a long time;
As well as the rolling stock;
The old bridges (8 in total) are completely made of concrete, and not ready-made metal spans as they are now. They were built in the post-war years by captured Germans.

We took atmospheric photos from the highway. Then we went down by car and walked a little. One of the traditional places of Abkhazia for abandonment. There are a lot of them on this road.
