We celebrated a birthday in this restaurant. I really liked it. The cuisine is excellent, everything was delicious! Pleasant atmosphere, great live music. Special thanks to the waiters: the guys are very helpful and efficient. The price tag is not the most democratic, but it was worth it. If we come to Vitebsk again, we will definitely visit this restaurant.

We were sitting on the veranda overlooking the pedestrian street, and there are cute parrots in a cage))There is also a glazed veranda on the 2nd floor. The service was excellent, the staff was responsive, helped to make a choice, honestly told about the drinks, shared his opinion. The food was not waited for very long. We liked the tinctures, there were 3 of them, pomegranate, cherry and apple. We were told that we like pomegranate more than others, but our family could not identify a favorite, because the apple from the white filling is perfectly made, sweet, soft, cherry-well, straight cherry juice, but not sweet, and pomegranate is unusual, because you will find it few places. They have a normal temperature, but you don't notice it, very soft liqueurs. The food is excellent, the parents liked everything very much. Thanks to the kitchen for such a job!

We celebrated the anniversary on April 5th at your institution. I really liked the atmosphere, music and cuisine, but unfortunately, the work of the administration left much to be desired.
1. Upon arrival, the birthday girl introduced herself and met the waiter, after which she went to meet the guests. When the guests started to sit down at the table, it turned out that the ordered morse was not there, although the order was made on February 25. The waiter Anastasia offered only juice, which surprised us greatly.
2. During the event, empty decanters, dishes and bottles were left on the table. They were only cleaned when we approached the waiters ourselves, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere.
3. The business card states that the birthday boy is entitled to an individual greeting. We celebrated on our birthday, and the passport was provided. At the end of the evening, when we were reminded of the congratulations, they replied that they had not said such a thing, and the congratulations with the cake were ordered in advance. We pointed to the business card, but were refused. As a result, we were offered a bottle of champagne as an apology, which we declined — we wanted a celebration, not discontent.At the end of the evening, the lights went out, and the muffin was brought, which had already completely failed to make an impression after such a remark to the administration.(photo attached)
Unfortunately, the service from the administration and waiters was very negligent. I hope the director will review the personnel policy and improve the quality of service.

They have self-service in the cafe in the courtyard: you need to stand in line yourself to make an order, and then also keep watch when it's all ready. And in the evening, on a weekend or on a holiday, there are a lot of people there. Therefore, in the face of our company, they have lost us as customers. And I think we're not the only ones. When there are no more than 4 of us, you can catch a table in the main restaurant on the veranda that overlooks the pedestrian street - it's cool there, but when there are more of us, and this happens quite often, we go to another place. Alas!

On January 1, I celebrated my anniversary on the first floor of the restaurant in the hall of mirrors. The evening was ruined from the very beginning. When we started to sit down at the table, it turned out that there were no 5 places for children, although this was stipulated when ordering and later when I called on December 27. I was told that they are aware and have it marked in their calendar. After the issue of boarding the children was resolved and the guests sat down at the table, it turned out that there was no alcohol on the table. I had to wait another 15 minutes for alcohol to be served. We liked the cuisine, except for the duck baked with bulgur and apples. The duck was dry and tough. During the evening, the waitress appeared in the hall extremely rarely and the used dishes were cleaned only at our request. A leisure service was included in the order. We were promised that there would be live music from 7 p.m. However, not in 19, not in 20, there was no music. The singer appeared at 20-35. She started her program at 20-43. She performed for exactly an hour. During the calculation, it turned out that the leisure service was included in full. After lengthy inquiries and refusal to pay for the service in full, the administrator contacted the director and the payment for the service was completely excluded from the account, although we did not mind paying for the time actually worked. The evening was ruined completely.

We used to visit this place and were familiar with the disadvantages, namely the inconvenience of not very pleasant visitors sitting next to each other, but now the staff of the institution was there to replace them.

The alcohol was barely served on the table. The waiters did not serve, the tables were not cleaned,
the plates were changed only on demand. The hot dish was served at the wrong time, cold. The meat is overdried, it seems that it has been reheated more than once. The musical accompaniment started at 20-30 instead of 19:00.
There are many other nuances.
The evening was ruined.
I only liked the decoration of the hall and the lobby.

This suggests that vegetables are poorly processed before serving and you can find various insects in your salad. Of course, the salad was replaced for me, the waiter apologized, although it was not his fault, but the fault of the one who prepared this salad. But not a pleasant aftertaste remained. Whether I want to visit this place again, most likely not.

The first time I counted more expensive beer, it seemed possible to refer to the human factor, it happens. But the second time he counted us a mug of beer more. There was a strong impression that a person was acting according to a well-established scheme. I gave the checks only after I was asked.
Many thanks to the administrator, who solved the issue - returned the money and offered a compliment from the institution. Although it is obvious that the sediment remained and the mood was spoiled.
