1. We decided to choose a non-chain hotel in the city center in order to fully experience the atmosphere of Minsk. The choice is 10 out of 10.
2. The hotel is beautiful, clean and atmospheric. It is located in the very center. Within walking distance of all attractions and shops.
3. The rooms are very comfortable and beautiful, as is the whole hotel. The open space with the sinks did not bother us at all. It was convenient for us.
4. The restaurant at the hotel deserves special attention. Delicious. Nicely. There are many details in the interior. I liked the young people-the manager and the waiter. I'm sorry, I didn't remember the names. I would also like to mention the male bartender who makes an absolutely amazing espresso. Very soft and gentle. There is not even a note of unpleasant bitterness, which makes you want to close your eyes and drink water.
5. The rooms are clean and tidy.
6. The suitcase was lifted and lowered.
7. I also wanted to mention the work of the reception. A young man, Alexander, met us, answered all our questions, and helped us in everything. At my request, he told me and showed me the book of honored guests. The idol of my childhood, Gazmanov, appeared on the first page. As soon as I'm rich and famous, I'll definitely buy the same room where he lived. 😄

There are only two good hotels in Minsk, Zalkind is one of them. Excellent price/quality ratio. High-level service and comfort. Clean, nice little things and the best location.
Restaurant. The service and atmosphere are excellent. With the kitchen, everything is the same as luck would have it.
In the restaurant for the 4th time. And there are decent positions, but there are failed gastronomic experiments for me. Good wine selection. There are problems with desserts, I have never been able to enjoy them.

The hotel is really stylish, atmospheric, and has a very comfortable bed.
The advantages have already been described by many here, I will write about the disadvantages.
1. Breakfast is served only from 8.00. We were on a business trip, at 8.00 we already had to leave, it was impossible to have breakfast earlier. We do not think that we are the only ones with such a desire. In our opinion, the management needs to pay attention to this. Breakfast is usually served in hotels from 7 a.m. or at least from 7:30 a.m.
2. Breakfast consists of one course. Yes, it's delicious, but one dish and there's nothing for tea/coffee. We drank coffee and tea with "this". For this level of hotel, it would be good to provide at least a croissant.
3. The room was somewhat confused by the sink not in the toilet, but right in the room.

A decent chamber hotel in the center. Conveniently located within walking distance of all the attractions on a quiet street. The building is historic, which is rare for Minsk. The rooms are good, the solution of the bathroom area did not bother)) The bedding, mattresses and pillows were very comfortable for me. But there is also a pillow menu.

Staying in this hotel, you get aesthetic pleasure. The room is very atmospheric. There is good plumbing in the shower and bathroom. Bright general lighting of the room (which is quite rare in the hotel) in the form of a beautiful chandelier. There is even a reusable make-up remover in the room - this is the first time I've seen this.
The location is such that it is impossible to remain indifferent to Minsk and its pedestrian cozy streets))

An excellent five-star boutique hotel in the center of Minsk, in the Upper Town quarter. I liked the location — very close to the center, a lot of restaurants, shopping malls, parks, pedestrian streets, everything is very nice.
A beautiful hotel building, with a chic interior inside. The hotel does not have an elevator — we went up to the third floor on foot, but the hotel staff offered help.
We had a suite for three of 70 sq.m. Located with convenience. I was only confused that the bathroom door does not have a lock. It was also frustrating that the air conditioner was not working (we were in the hot season at the end of June).
The room had all the other amenities — an excellent shower, a bathroom, gifts in the form of coffee drips and chocolate, slippers, bathrobes, a kettle, comfortable beds, working TVs (there were only two of them, and the remote control worked alone), a microwave oven, etc. the staff also prepared an additional third bed.
the room had a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. The view is not very good, as there is a construction site there now.
I was pleased with the hotel staff — very nice, polite, courteous. We helped with the issue of compensation of funds. Thanks a lot!
Breakfast was included in our accommodation, but in Zalkind it is not a buffet, but a choice from the menu. All the dishes and drinks were very tasty, but we waited a very long time, although we were in a hurry and highlighted it to the staff.
Overall, everything went well, there are some disadvantages, but I still liked the hotel.

If you're thinking about taking this hotel or apartment, don't think about it, take a hotel. Very clean, everything is pretty new, the room has everything you need and even more (the Bork hair dryer was top))). We had 4 people in a small room (but we only spent the night there, but it was nice), they usually ask us to rent two rooms for 4 guests or take a 2-room room.
They didn't take breakfast, they ate constantly in different places.
We were lucky, there was a parking space, the hotel had no problems parking the car for 3 days.
The hotel is located on a very beautiful old street. All the main attractions of the center are within walking distance.
I have never regretted choosing a hotel, even if it is more expensive than apartments.

in general, we took a standard room for 15 thousand per day and went 8 hours by train to Minsk.
When we arrived, the receptionist informed us that: "you can't have a dog in your room, I can't check you in."
speaking of the dog: a terrier, 8 kg, short coat, with its own carrier and a blanket. the dog washes his paws every time he enters the room. a complete package of certificates and certificates.
The girl did not offer solutions to the issue, rather she expected us to leave as soon as possible. Fortunately, her experienced shift worker came 20 minutes later and solved the problem. We had to pay the cost of 1 night's stay for additional cleaning.
okay. what the dog-friendly hotel includes:
— you can not stay with an animal in all rooms, and you need to discuss this before booking
— a dog is not allowed to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor by itself, only on the handles
+ they gave us bowls for water, and as a result, they didn't turn us out of the 4* hotel, which is nice.
in general, if you are traveling with a dog, write to the hotel BEFORE BOOKING and specify how much you will be charged and in which room. and keep in mind — this is not a dog friendly hotel, this is a hotel where you can spend the night with a dog in some rooms. different things.

Of course, there are all sorts of little things. If by car, it is better to find another hotel, because there is almost no parking. If you want to get up early, you won't be able to have breakfast, starting at 8 a.m. But the shower was the most annoying, you need to wait a few minutes until there is hot water. The mind requires a circulation pump to solve the problem. If you close your eyes to these little things or you don't need to get up early, then everything is just fine.

In general, everything is decent! The location is great, the staff is very friendly.
The breakfasts are small. Choose 1 dish and that's it. There are no fruits, croissants and everything familiar to the hotel.
The maids clean the whole room, but miss the tea station at the same time, you have to run along the corridor after them and ask for a clean cup and tea. It's strange for this level of hotel.
In general, if the hotel was cheaper, then there would be no questions! But for 16,000₽ per day, a classic room should be better!
There are no cotton pads or sticks in the rooms.

Cons: the room is very correctly photographed, in reality it is small and not so beautiful - there are very controversial points in the design. The food could have been better. There is a slight chaos in the actions of the staff. There is no elevator.
Total: the price is too high in my opinion. And what purpose they pursued when organizing the kitchen in the room with a restaurant and two bars in the building and many nearby is a mystery to me.

The review concerns a resident room with a separate entrance (N101).
The room consists of two rooms: opening the door you refuse in the hall, it is also a kitchen and a living room, tile floor, siphonite from the door, a table, 2 chairs, a sofa, a kitchen corner with everything you need. TVs, two.
The second room is a bedroom, there is a sliding door at the entrance. The bed is angular, which is extremely uncomfortable. There is no bedside table or table near the bed, there are also no sockets near the head and there is no low light at all. I need to get up and turn off the light... the bedroom window (the only one in the room) has two garbage bags at the next door.
The bathroom is in dark colors, the lighting is minimal, if you close the black curtains of the shower cabin, you can't even see the inscriptions where the soap is and where the shampoo is..
The overall impression of the room is yes, designer, as promised, but uncomfortable, as we would like, and does not match the price of more than 20 thousand rubles per night without breakfast.
Perhaps the main building and the rest of the rooms are more comfortable and we were just unlucky...

I stayed at the hotel for three days, and that's what I noticed for myself:
Among the advantages: convenient location, very good breakfasts (there are plenty to choose from, choose in advance either at the reception on a tablet or by QR code in the room, everything is delicious, I was pleased that you could choose porridge on water or alternative milk, there is a choice of drinks and in the morning you will definitely have everything clarified again) The restaurant left a pleasant impression, especially the lounge manager,

Of the cons: poor noise insulation from the corridor, you can hear music from the restaurant and the lobby, an unfriendly girl at the reception, rooms with the interior that I had on the site I did not see and was somewhat disappointed (it was very dark), inconvenient location of the bidet, strange cleaning (then you will not wait for them and they come in the fifth an hour later, the next day they came while I was at breakfast and for some reason they came in after lunch to hang the curtains, but they ignored the towels)

A wonderful impression of the hotel! We booked a 3-night stay, which meant moving to another room due to the fact that it was not possible to book one room for the entire stay. But in the end, we were accommodated in a room of a higher category without any additional charges and the need to move! The rooms are very beautifully decorated, with great taste and attention to detail. Very cozy and stylish. Very clean, comfortable beds, super design. We had dinner 3 nights in a row at the hotel restaurant - which we never do, but after trying it the first night for convenience reasons, we didn't want to try anything else) beautiful presentation, delicious dishes, good selection, excellent wine list, children's menu and very, very decent service! Many thanks to the reception staff, the waiters, all very attentive and caring. I'll mention the breakfasts separately - I usually prefer a buffet, especially with a child, it's always easier, there are a la carte breakfasts here, but they pleasantly surprised me, they tried different things and each time it was very tasty. The cuisine, the cook are just wonderful here, beyond praise. If we find ourselves in Minsk again, we will definitely choose only this hotel! Thanks!

A wonderful hotel! Modern, designer, stylish and sooo comfortable!!!! The location is perfect! The very center! Pedestrian zone, all attractions nearby, shopping center in 10 minutes walk, embankment nearby, street for festivities until morning in 10 minutes on foot. In general, the location is perfect!!! The hotel itself is cool. The staff is just a tower!!! Everyone is friendly, responsive and will help with any issue. The only negative is the lack of an elevator ((, but again, the staff helped and lifted the suitcase without any problems and lowered it when leaving. Every evening the staff left a nice compliment on the bed)), very nice)). All missing items are provided at the first call. I highly recommend the hotel))!

I have never regretted it) To begin with, it is a very convenient location in the very center, you can even walk from the train station. Insanely beautiful building, interior. Everything is new. There are comfortable pillows and a mattress on the bed, you can sleep well without neck and back pain. Cleaning was carried out daily, replenishing the necessary supplies, they put 2 small chocolates on the bed every day as a compliment, it is very nice and shows a caring attitude towards the guest. I want to write special attention to breakfast, I advise everyone to take them. Insanely delicious, a large selection of dishes, large portions. You can order the dish you want to eat from the menu in advance, it's convenient and you don't have to wait long. We came to Minsk for a birthday, checked into your hotel. We have never regretted it. It is very pleasant to be in the hotel. The interior is just super. The food at the Wine&Pinsa restaurant is awesome! Pinsa is generally bombed. Better than some Italian restaurants. The Zalkind Kitchen had very tasty breakfasts. The content breakfast is so super. The rooms are clean and pleasant, we were pleased. On my birthday, I was given a present two whole times. The first time at Wine&Pinsa, and the second time from the hotel. They gave me cheesecake twice (well, finally they gave me cheesecake, not some kind of cake, hooray). Everything was amazingly delicious. It's amazing that your hotel has four stars, considering that one night in your hotel costs more than in some five-star hotels. Therefore, I will give you five stars:)
