In addition to the fact that I came across an absolute "wall" and misunderstanding in communication, lack of flexibility in solving issues and, in general, inability to interact with the client, so I also received insults in my address! After the remark on my part, the man did not even deign to apologize. Dear management, do you think it's okay to have employees insulting your customers?! And so calmly, as if that's the way it should be... Thanks to such an employee, the organization lost a client in my person. I do not recommend this pawnshop!
