The room is nice and cozy. The location near the children's amusement park, which is open until 22.00, can be noisy with the windows open. The external air conditioning units also make noise at night if you sleep with the window open. The breakfast is a buffet, the choice is not huge, but there is something to eat.

A wonderful hotel with professional and understanding staff.
Here are some examples, so as not to be unfounded.
We were accidentally late for breakfast (we simply overslept without hearing 2 alarm clocks), we contacted the reception. They listened to us, got into the situation, and went to meet us halfway.
Besides, people are absolutely trouble-free. For certain reasons, it was difficult to leave before 12 without getting caught in a heavy downpour. Again, we met halfway, we were allowed to stay a little longer.
Overall, the most pleasant and wonderful emotions.
Regarding the refrigerator, who was outraged in the review above: it was just necessary to scroll the wheel from the OFF mode to the required mode.
Further. The food is also delicious and fresh.
Like cutlets, like pasta, like fried bacon, like boiled potatoes, like an omelet. Everything is equally good.
Desserts, juices, fruits- everything went with a bang, and we ate our fill.
The area around the hotel is well and competently equipped.
If we come to Gomel again, we will definitely stay at the same hotel.

The hotel matches its stars. The most important trump card of this place is the Gomel Palace and Park Ensemble right across the street. A walk in the morning and evening by the Sozh river, a high level of service. The restaurant is on the minus ground floor, but it is cooked quickly and quite exquisitely.

We were in Gomel on our way from Rostov-on-Don and stopped for the night at that hotel, and had a great pleasure. The atmosphere itself is great, the rooms are beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and most importantly, a very delicious breakfast, which is included in the price. They have a buffet breakfast. Take what you want and everything is yum yum.

One of the advantages is the location. Actually, I bought into it. In the suite, there is a smell of a toilet. The reason is unclear. The walls are very thin, though concrete. The scandals in the next room were heard verbatim. Two-room suites are less comfortable than the standard. Because instead of a spacious room you have two cubicles.
I consider the cost does not correspond to the quality of the luxury rooms.
There are no special complaints about the service, the staff is polite. But in Belarusian.

Objectively speaking, the situation is more like two thousandth, and plastic flowers definitely need to be cleaned. The breakfasts are average. Such a light flair of Jewishness - the hotel is being watched, but nothing superfluous. Yes, there is no need there - people stop with money, everything seems to be OK. There are few options in Gomel. Everyone praises the location, but it's not very convenient for me, the same Central hotel is more interesting in this regard. Here it is necessary to navigate according to the needs of movement and the general atmosphere, and there it seems to be 10 years late) There is a small courtyard, its own restaurant (did not go), Parking. Right across the street there are rides in the park and the eternal crush. There is a spa nearby. Small tables with ashtrays in all possible places on the street are my weakness. In general, it is quite suitable as one of the accommodation options.
