The sophisticated sneakers made of combined materials were perfectly cleaned. They're as good as new! Before that, I took it to another dry cleaner, so there is something to compare it with. All traces of socks have been cleaned here and what was not cleaned at the last dry cleaning a year ago. I chose based on reviews: it was the only dry cleaning without bad reviews. Now I'll be a regular customer.

The best shoe care service in Belarus!!! I recommend the guys from the bottom of my heart, I have already brought them shoes more than once, and I have always been 110% satisfied. The guys give such a service from the category: Once you try, you won't be able to stop. They give good recommendations on shoe care at home. The atmosphere inside is as comfortable and pleasant as possible, I always want to stay with them longer. It is also quite conveniently located close to the city center and near the metro. In addition to shoes, the guys restore and put accessories in order (bags, wallets, even phone cases!!!). If it were possible to leave a score of more than 5, she would definitely be here. Another important factor is that the guys can pick up and bring your shoes by courier, if suddenly you can't hand them over yourself. I would like to express special gratitude to the administrator Nikita for the fact that he explains everything quite clearly and immediately warns about all possible nuances. Friday, manager #1: yes, we'll do everything, we'll paint and clean it completely, we'll remove the stain, nothing will be visible, 220p. I decided to look for alternatives. Saturday, manager #2: yes, we will do everything, the stain will go away, but we will partially paint, there will be no transitions visible, leave it, although there is no master, 200p. I decided to come when the master will be there. Tuesday, Manager #1: no, we won't clean it, the stain will be visible, we won't take it. Do you think such professionals can be trusted?

I handed over my shoes several times for cleaning, but as a last resort I was not warned that the delivery was paid. At the same time, the website indicates that from 100 rubles is free. I was confronted with the fact at the post office, I had to get out on the spot (I didn't have a card and cash with me). The owner did not admit in the messages that the information was not transparent and not complete, but proved that I was petty and arranged a showdown for 4 rubles. In good services, they usually promise to improve and return the money, but this is not the case, there are not a cent of loyal customers here and then they will tell you about you on Instagram how bad you are.
I do not recommend it if you want an honest service without hidden surcharges and customer orientation.

Not the most pleasant experience
I brought Salomon trekking boots for repair and cleaning, my experience. By agreement, the repair was carried out only on the front of the shoe, there are no questions about cleaning. The price was 236 rubles. Other parts of the shoe were not touched and were not asked if they needed to be repaired
Later I found out that I would have been charged another 100-120 rubles in addition to repairing the backdrops. In total, the repair would cost more than the pair itself
I can also mention the courier who arrived not from 21:00-22:00, but almost at 23:00 (well, at least the delivery is free)
I have conveyed my impressions. Judge for yourself by the photo and text, personally I will look for other guys with more affordable prices
