I love Zara, although she has some not very successful collections. I took one point off for the non-working consultant call buttons. So they seem to be working, but no one comes. I've tried to use them three times in the last four months...To no avail, although at the very beginning, after their appearance, consultants came. It was sooo convenient, but now we have what we have. I suggest that the management dismantle the non-functioning equipment. It's annoying when you don't understand if they're going to come to you or if you need to get dressed and go find a consultant yourself.

I would like to mention the fitting rooms separately - this is a complete fiasco: the lighting in the fitting room is terrible, you look there in the most unsightly light, because of this, the purchasing power disappears completely.

Yesterday I visited the Zara store in Dana Moll, a couple of consultants from the hall helped me quickly find the right things, thank them!
But there are questions about the service in the fitting rooms. I had only 10 things to try on, the consultant, let's call # 1 (unfortunately, I did not pay attention to the names), counted, reported that a maximum of 8 was possible, I asked to postpone 2 things until I try on the rest and later change those that did not suit me to these 2 things, the consultant hesitated She said okay, she told me to go to the fitting room (the nearest one is opposite the counter in the fitting rooms). After trying on all the things, I went out to change things, to which consultant #2 told me that they were not here, that these things were not left with you, that they were most likely hung on a hanger with things that were being taken back to the hall and they had apparently already been taken away. I understand if you have such rules, then why wasn't I warned about it or didn't solve this issue in some other way…
After I finished trying on all the things, I left the fitting room, hung those things that didn't fit me on the hanger and took 2 with me, told consultant #3 about it (the girl with long curly hair), she asked me for a number, I didn't have a number in the fitting room either. I said that I didn't have it, they didn't give it to me, to which consultant #3 said "oh, so you passed by the consultant?", I remembered the moment that the consultant just forgot to give it to me, apparently, I repeated "no, they didn't give it to me", the answer was with the rudest intonation "Got it, I'm not going to argue with you, have a nice evening."
After such a conversation, I don't even want to look in the direction of the Zara store.

The consultant at the fitting room is unpleasant. She dropped my things while trying to count them, gave me the number 6, although there were 5 things, which I already found in the fitting room. When I came out, I immediately asked: "Nothing came up?" Although I took 4 things. I gave her the things that didn't fit and was about to go, but she didn't let go and began counting my things, dropping them again.
I had an unpleasant impression, as if I was being looked at as a thief.

The clothes were dressed a hundred and five hundred times... filmed... the result is that everything is in puffs, lipstick, foundation, locks are torn, seams (why should XL be stuffed into S I will never understand), the sequins remained in places... I consider it necessary to check the quality of the goods at the exit of the fitting rooms, and in front of the entrance there is a large scoreboard with the inscription: "either indicate the defects of the product when entering the fitting room, or buy the product you damaged!" And the damaged goods that the inspectors missed at the exit - remove from sale, or organize a separate rack with the indication: "marriage"! It will be fair and your brand will not slide down to the New Yorker and similar Chinese "shilobasny kantor". After all, you are Zara, and this is after all a brand of "spacious storefronts". Keep the stamp of the lord! Regarding the new collection, it is unnoticeable against the background of the Sale, in my opinion, too modest, there are few colors for spring. Another plus is that there are no intrusive consultants. The disadvantage is that there are no soft shoppers at the entrance, it is not convenient to carry, for example, long dresses or coats in your hands while you are looking at other goods.
