I brought an expensive knife with a bad factory sharpening. He asked - "at least not to spoil it." I did not see any signs of sharpening when I received it. I tried it at home - the work was done perfectly. The knife began to please. Well done. And as for the scissors above, I took the Mogilev knife with me (I used it as a kitchen knife). He asked, "throw it away"? A minute - and as new. So the guys can be trusted.

12/20/24 Brought several kitchen knives, 5-6 pieces. I gave 25 rubles for sharpening . I didn't tell my wife, I thought I'd make her happy. In the evening, she told me that I needed to sharpen my knives. It would be better to sharpen it yourself, at least to save money. They were hideously imprisoned.
If you need to sharpen knives, then look for other craftsmen, do not waste time or money.

I fully support Alain Butko's comment. From myself... I brought a set of BergHOFF knives, one of the most expensive on the market. Sharpened , it seems good , but blunted after 2-3 weeks. He brought it back , said that they had made a very blunt angle and asked them to make it sharper. In response, they told me that this is how it should be. Again 2 weeks and blunted. He brought it again, insistently asked to make it much sharper, like a chef's knife (25-30 degrees) - They promised to do it .... and sharpened it again at 40-45 degrees. Unfortunately, I didn't look at the sting right away, I only saw it at home. The conclusion is that sharpening is not done the way you ask, but so that they come more often. In addition... I took my neighbor with a set of Japanese knives, they said in the workshop that the knives were of excellent quality. However, a neighbor asked me why, after buying them, she used them for 1.5 years until they blunted and after sharpening no more than 1.5 months? The funny thing is that with the same number of knives my neighbor and I had, she was charged 6 times less for sharpening ...)
