We have not been able to figure out the causes of the knock in the front suspension, or maybe it is hot. I drove for half a year and paid for everything, to no avail. The end result was when they fixed the air conditioner, after a month it stopped working and they made diagnoses for my condition, confirmed that they were to blame and told me to pay. To be honest, I was shocked by this. The attitude is certainly terrible.

- I noticed a nice cafe appeared, I haven't tested anything but coffee yet, but it's already nice
- the waiting area is also present there and wi-fi / desktops/magazines, etc.

There are no special complaints about the service station, but there are a lot of them for individual employees. Having given the Mercedes for repair, in addition to the fact that the customer service specialist Pavel politely hinted that the car would not be made, because they did not have this experience with this malfunction?!?!?
Secondly, he removed the available spare parts from the car, which then had to be searched for a long time, and when replacing did not return the removed spare part, which was in working condition?!?!
This problem was solved thanks to the second customer service specialist Vitaly, who, after listening to the client, solved this problem, for which special thanks to him!
We kindly ask the management of ZauberAuto to take note of the fact that the organization employs people who not only spoil the authority of the station, but also engage in deception and theft!!!!
All spare parts removed from the car had to be searched for a long time and returned their own, which generally does not fit in the head of the "officials" and the problem is just in individual employees.

I have been servicing a car in Sauber for a long time and comprehensively. The factors of choice were the convenient location and initially good reviews from friends. Since then, my car has not seen any other service stations (with the exception of very special ones, such as retrofit specialists).
There is an unusual observation about the individual approach, which came only recently. Starting from some time, when calling to make an appointment, the master receptionists greet by name, they stopped asking for the license plate of the car. During the repair process, they call for confirmation of the actions being carried out only in particularly exceptional cases. At the same time, I am a simple person in a simple car that looks nondescript in the parking lot of this technical center.
That is, my client experience turned into a "one-two-three":
1) in the morning on the way to work, I left the car in the service for another maintenance
2) During the day, I received a phone call from the master about the intermediate status
3) in the evening, on the way home, I picked up the car.
The only thing missing from the exceptional customer experience is a particularly clear technological car wash, so that both the craftsmen can work with a clean car, and I, as a client, can beautifully drive off into the sunset.

There was an urgent need to replace the left axle with a BMW F10.
I call Sauber - how much will the replacement work cost - I get the answer "95 rubles".
Change the food. The work area is not visible from the reception, no additional approvals are made.
The final receipt is 145 rubles, because it turns out that 200 ml of oil was poured into the gearbox for 50 rubles.
I've never understood these little money divorces.
If you are armless and the oil is not able to drain into a container, you need to announce the cost, taking into account the refilling IMMEDIATELY.
I don't recommend going to Sauber anymore, and I don't advise you - it's not about 50 rubles, but that you can't do that)
