I don't recommend it. They respond in 2-6 days. The manager can't handle the flow of customers. You have to interest him in something to get an answer. The phone is also not picked up. Look for other customer-oriented options. Unfortunately, it was not even possible to receive the service in full due to these circumstances, and they also do not notify that certain conditions are important to fulfill at the moment and are an important condition for confirming that you want to work with them, which at first glance may seem unimportant, because of this you they simply delete them from the list of clients without informing them. In this regard, constantly find out if everything is fine, whether you are a client of the service, so as not to waste time later searching for other agencies in a short period of time. If you are from tiktok, do not be fooled by clickbait, be prepared for such communication. Perhaps they give the result promised there, unfortunately it was not possible to find out. Record in 2-5 days for a visa, it's hard to believe, it's good if they take you to record in half a month.
