I will describe my story: I signed a contract with Zebra, Agent Elena, for a trip during the holidays. I missed the departure time. The bus was waiting for me for 2 hours, they left. Elena picked me up from work, picked up my things, took me from Borisov to Minsk to the bus. Halfway there, I remember that I don't have a passport. U-turn and back to the city. Elena did all this in her car and did not take any money. Not a single word about me or dislike. She even supported me. Elena resolves the issue of my departure to the city of arrival on an excursion. Everything is successful and excellent. The ride is super, the co-driving is super. No one even said a bad word in my direction. I recommend Zebra and Elena to my friends. I was driving from Holiday Tours once - the memories are such that it would be better not to drive to rest. Elena greets with a gentle look and a smile, like her loved one. I wish prosperity to the company and more money to the agent!!! I recommend it!!!

Оформлял рабочую визу в Польшу с помощью специалистов агентства. Был очень тяжёлый случай, одобрили только со второго раза. Но специалист всегда оперативно отвечал на все вопросы, подготовил все необходимые документы, консультировал, что и как говорить. Одним словом, без них я бы не справился! Настоятельно рекомендую обращаться именно в это агентство!!
