The evaluation is exclusively for the administrator. I have been visiting a pedicure master in this salon for 16 years. Although driving is now very far from the new place of residence, but master Elena is exactly the one who is difficult to find a replacement. On Sunday, 8.12 by the end of the day, I called and made an appointment for 10.12. I arrived, the master was ill. It's bad, but we're all human. But! No one even called to warn me. Moreover, I heard from the staff, "I don't see you on the list," "and when you signed up," "you messed up or forgot something." Super communication. I drove for an hour just to talk about it. And another hour to drive back. It is difficult to convey emotions. They didn't even deign to just apologize. It's a pity that the record hasn't been sent out for about a year. Otherwise, you could at least prove that there was a recording. And this whole situation is the negligence of the administrator, not the miscalculation of the client.

I did a haircut, I do NOT recommend hair at all without lying down, no matter how you put them, it sticks out from all sides, just a haystack on my head with an even cut like after an axe. And plus, there is one price in the price list, and when paying they called another, arguing that just yesterday they raised the price list, but did not have time to print it. If there is no price list, then the price must be the old one! After this haircut, I had to overdo it! I won't go anymore and I don't recommend it.

The first time I went for a haircut, everything was fine, the second time I went for coloring from the roots, it would be better not to go.
The master decided to choose the color, although I came and said about the black color, she decided to choose it herself. So it turned out that she didn't paint me black. It did not capture the hair on the temple . But that wasn 't all! The towel had a disgusting smell.
The hairdresser also does the styling to your taste!!! She didn't even ask me! It's a terrible place, I don't recommend it at all, don't set foot there anymore.
