White for the first time a couple of weeks ago. A great place with a nice patio. Stylish. And they cook great. Honest meat sets and service. Any cafe and restaurant is defined by the people who work and serve the visitors. I liked the dishes and drinks offered, and most importantly, the courteous and courteous service. Hot dishes from the grill will have to wait. And everything else is served quickly. And most importantly, everything is within walking distance. This is the city center. In general, it's worth visiting more than once. Moreover, as it seemed to me, snacks are offered taking into account the tastes and preferences of all generations. Although I prefer a simple and satisfying cuisine. Probably the most affordable price for alcohol compared to other cafes. For example, most of the price for 0.5 domestic vodka is 50 rubles less here and it's nice. No matter what anyone says, I'm not pleased that it costs 12 rubles in a wolf store and 50 rubles in a cafe. There is an adequate margin in Zharinka. And the courtyard creates an atmosphere that you are not in Minsk at all)

Yesterday we had a rest in Zharynka with our girlfriends... What can I say?? Cafe bomba! It's small and very cozy.. The young waiters are attentive, conscientious, sweet, charming guys!)
The cuisine is beyond praise! And the prices are very reasonable.

Disadvantages: The taste of the dishes is average. The burger "Dran dranich" with pork is edible due to the delicious pancakes, but a couple of small dry pieces of pork inside are not pleasing. The appetizers include delicious eggplant and baked mushrooms, but over-dried and tough inedible chicken breast in a salad. Dessert, as promised by the waiter, with meringues inside - unpeeled dough with unclear traces of filling.

It's a good place, we visit it often. On the plus side, delicious food, barbecue, and constantly inexpensive food sets. On the downside, it's a terrible staff organization. There is no host, for this reason you often come and no one meets you, you look for a waiter yourself in the hall. There was a situation: they called to book a table in advance, arrived, but they told us only for an hour and a half, they didn't warn us about it on the phone. There were also cases when the waiters for some reason did not understand the order or forgot to bring something. I had to remind them, but in general the girls are polite and try very hard to create an atmosphere. I can't say that I would have brought friends from other countries here, but I would have visited a couple more times during the campaign.

1) an unpleasant aftertaste remained at the stage of ordering a table, where the administrator asked in a dissatisfied voice for what time and allocated us two hours. After some stupor, they asked why so little, and in no less rude form they asked "How much do you need"? Thanks for letting me stay for 3 hours.
2) uncomfortable tables with a pedestal at the bottom..What is it for? The legs do not fit, you either have to spread them out to the sides or put them on a bedside table and sit like a bird on a perch. Very comfortable chairs that do not fit at all to these tall tables with a pedestal. We're tall, but the table reaches up to our chests, and those who wear a cap will generally get up to their necks on the table.
3) the main menu is still readable, but the map of the bar...I probably need to give out a magnifying glass to read this small text, in some places even some words have already been erased (special thanks to Nikita, who was sarcastic that we sat studying the menu for so long and never finished reading it)
4) Why are there no uniforms for waiters? It's unacceptable in public catering that you come in whatever clothes you wear, and you work in them, at least you have a badge.
5) rather, the question is only for the management, why not make a compliment for the birthday people? Other establishments try to find out who makes a discount, who makes a branded cocktail, who makes a piece of cake..believe me, you won't go broke on this, but the person will be incredibly pleased and maybe next time he will bring a company to celebrate the holiday with you (PS thank you for congratulating and sticking a candle in the cake, but this is not a compliment, since you then added the same cake to the bill)
And finally, during the 2.5 hours that we were sitting, the two tables that were in sight were not occupied..maybe it also makes sense to review the booking conditions? Unscrupulous people did not come, and how many were denied service just because the tables were armored...

We arrived at about 18 o'clock, after a long walk we went to this institution due to the large number of laudatory reviews. There was practically no one inside, and there were no employees in sight. We sat down at a table that we liked. There was no sign indicating that it was booked. A minute later, the waiter came up to us and asked who put us here. It's not a very pleasant start to a conversation. As a result, we were told that we had to go to the bar, check in, and only then would we be seated at a table. It was said with a touch of bullying, as if we were to blame for what we had done. It's a strange system. Usually, guests are greeted at the entrance and then seated at tables. But the problems didn't end there. As a result, after studying the menu, we found the cherished draniki in different cooking variations. We were ready to start the meal, but we were told that there would be no draniki today. That is, the Belarusian cuisine establishment did not make draniki that day. I had to leave the institution in sadness and look for alternatives.
