Overall impression:
We started our first visit to Belarus with the famous city of Vitebsk, and arriving at the train station, we were pleasantly impressed by its cleanliness, the condition of the building and architecture. The station has convenient access to the city, without numerous check frames, which makes it easy to get to one of the central streets, from where the main attractions are just around the corner. There is a lot of transport available, and many places can be reached on foot.
Luggage storage:
We were pleased with the prices for luggage storage, as well as the ability to choose a convenient cell and pay by card.
📸 The function of photographing a receipt with a QR code to open a cell in case of loss is very convenient.
However, the luggage storage is located in the basement, which makes it inaccessible to passengers with limited mobility. There is a ramp, but it is more suitable for strollers than for people with disabilities.
Conveniences:
🛏️ The station is equipped with rest rooms, which is useful for those who are waiting for a transfer or are passing through the city. We have not used this option, but for many it may be convenient.
Navigation:
🗺️ Navigation at the train station leaves much to be desired. The signs lead only to the first two platforms, the rest are difficult to find. We had to ask passers-by to understand that we need to get out of the station, go around it, then climb to the high crossing and look for the right platform there. This creates inconveniences, especially with suitcases.
For passengers with limited mobility, navigation and access to the platforms are even more difficult.
Platforms:
The height of the platforms is almost at ground level, so boarding the train means literally climbing the stairs to the carriage. The staircase has narrow steps, which makes its use difficult for people on crutches.
Moving around the station and boarding the train in a wheelchair seems almost impossible.

Very cozy, clean, beautiful, comfortable. There is a place for small children to play. There are various waiting rooms (of different comfort). There are ATMs of various banks. It is a very beautiful train station. On the second floor there is a wonderful restaurant with the best cuisine. I didn't eat so delicious even in Minsk. There are also two waiting rooms. On the ground floor there are souvenir shops, a buffet, vending machines with really interesting toys, cash desks, ATMs, etc., etc. The toilet was upset by the lack of toilets, but it was very clean. A beautiful pretentious train station with exclusive recreation areas and a calm waiting room. Everything is fine in the building - the scoreboard, the elevators that help to get to the tall second floor. There are missing pointers. I still didn't figure out where the toilet was, but I found the waiting room at the suggestion of the staff.
But the main drawback is the lack of a tunnel. The platforms can only be accessed via a pedestrian bridge, which is very high, with steep and dangerous stairs. I can't imagine how the elderly, mothers with strollers and the disabled cope. If there were elevators, it would be much easier to move around. Fortunately, the whole structure is covered with a roof, so at least it's not slippery. But it's a little dark on the stairs, and I'm really scared with myopia. I hope this will be corrected over time.

A clean and beautiful train station, there are 2 elevators to the 2nd floor to the waiting room, but on the 1st floor the waiting seats were removed, which is inconvenient. There is a cafeteria on the ground floor, but I did not buy food, I do not know about the quality. Later I learned that it is possible to bypass all these obstacles on the catwalks.But!
